Keeper Security is seeking a remote B2B Customer Support Representative to help business customers resolve software and account questions by phone, chat and support tickets.
What you will need
At least one year of direct B2B technical-support experience, clear written and spoken communication, and familiarity with common office tools. Salesforce or ServiceNow experience is helpful.
