You do not need to hide class projects because they were completed in school. The right project can show research, teamwork, problem-solving, writing, design, data analysis, or technical ability.
Choose projects that match the role
Select two or three assignments with outcomes related to the job description. Focus on what you produced, improved, analyzed, or presented.
Write bullets like work experience
Start with an action verb, name the tool or method, and describe the result. Include team size, deadlines, audience, or measurable outcomes when they strengthen the example.
Be clear about the context
Label the section Academic Projects or Relevant Projects. Honest framing builds credibility while still giving employers useful evidence of your abilities.
