About the role
Premera Blue Cross is hiring a full-time telecommuter Membership Specialist III. The national salary range is $48,400 to $72,600, with a National Plus range of $55,200 to $82,800.
What you’ll do
- Handle complex membership, billing, and eligibility updates.
- Research account issues and coordinate accurate resolutions.
- Support members and internal partners with clear documentation.
What they’re looking for
- A combination of three years of customer service, accounting, finance, or billing experience.
- Healthcare or degree experience may be preferred.
- Strong organization, analysis, and communication.
