OpenEd is hiring a remote Parent Support Specialist to provide customer service and support to parents and families using its educational programs.
Pay: $20–$25 per hour
Schedule: Full Time

What You’ll Do:
• Assist parents and families with questions and support needs
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Help customers navigate OpenEd programs and resources
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Communicate clearly through available support channels
• Collaborate with a remote support team
