Mortgage Loan Processor – Reverse

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is hiring a 100% remote Mortgage Loan Processor specializing in reverse mortgages.

This role is responsible for managing a pipeline of mortgage loan files, reviewing documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance, coordinating required vendor services, obtaining underwriting conditions, and keeping sales teams and management updated throughout the loan process.

Pay: $24–$30 per hour

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and process a full pipeline of mortgage loan files
• Review loan files for completeness and regulatory compliance
• Accurately enter and maintain loan information in operational systems
• Order title reports, property appraisals, and other required vendor products
• Obtain underwriting conditions from loan officers and applicants
• Update loan information through FHA Connection as needed
• Communicate file and pipeline status to sales teams and management
• Work with operational departments to maintain efficient workflows
• Complete required processing checklists and worksheets

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of reverse mortgage loan processing experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong customer service and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
