Cardiac/Telemetry Technician – Nights and Weekend Shifts

Wearlinq is hiring dedicated and skilled Cardiac Telemetry Technicians to join its growing cardiac monitoring team. This position may be performed from the company’s Rockville, Maryland office or remotely across the United States.

The Cardiac/Telemetry Technician plays an important role in monitoring patients’ ECGs, communicating with patients and families, and reporting both routine and STAT results.

This position requires availability for all or part of schedules that include nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Continuously and accurately recognize ECG activity.
• Correlate ECG findings with patient symptoms.
• Promptly report ECG results.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with patients and clinicians.
• Provide thorough follow-through with patients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Telemetry Technician or similar role preferred.
• CCT or CRAT certification preferred.
• Candidates with expert rhythm assessment skills may also be considered.
• Continued employment after 120 days may be based on obtaining an approved certification such as CCT, CRAT, EMT-I, Paramedic, or Nursing certification.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation

Starting at $22.00 per hour and up, depending on experience.

Additional hourly shift differentials are paid for night and/or weekend shifts.
